• Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.

• Lightly season the surface with a thin layer of cooking oil to enhance the non-stick properties.

Daily Use

• Heat setting: Always cook on low to medium heat. The turbo induction base ensures efficient cooking—high flame is unnecessary and may damage the non-stick coating or discolor the cream exterior.

• Utensils: Use wooden, silicone, or nylon tools. Avoid metal utensils which may scratch or damage the coating.

• Oil & fat: Minimal oil is required. Avoid non-stick sprays that leave residue.
